The CNT is a translation of the New Testament by William Finck which strives to be a faithful and honest rendering of the Greek, favoring pragmatism and using the earliest available manuscripts as a source.

Ruth is known as “Ruth the Moabite.” Does this mean she was a bastard? Did David have a bastard in his ancestry? Did Christ also therefore have a bastard in his ancestry? It is important that we defend Ruth – because in doing so, we defend Christ also.

The CNT (which we are not the translator of) is unique in its integrity to the grammar of Biblical Greek, striving towards rendering the language with honesty and practicality.

What is Christianity?

Apostolic Christianity has not been taught for over 1800 years.

We understand that Christ was baptized so that Levitical laws pertaining to the sacrifice would be fulfilled. But why did the apostles baptize? Should we still be baptized today?

Baptism was not a new ritual spun out of thin air: the baptism of Christ was a necessary cleansing of the lamb sacrifice.

If marriage is any legitimate sexual relation under the Law of God: then fornication must represent any sexual relation which the Law does not deem legitimate.

So what is marriage then? The Bible makes it explicitly clear.

The word translated as “man” in most Bible translations primarily comes from three different words. Today we will be investigating two of them: “adam” and “enosh”
