100 Proofs The Israelites Were White Part 17

Yahweh promised that the Israelites would become a mighty seafaring nation, in addition to being farmers and shepherds. This is perhaps the least known promise to Israel. Perhaps that’s because the Bible focuses almost exclusively on the Israelites who remained in the land of Canaan and were an agricultural kingdom. Nevertheless, Scripture does make some references to the Israelites who left and became great maritime seafarers. We also have proof of these migrations in historical records. These Israelites became explorers and used their ships to colonize islands and coastlands and ultimately ended up ruling all the seas and controlling all seaports and harbors worldwide. They set up trade and colonies all over the world and especially in Europe.

We’ve already mentioned the migrations of the Israelite Danaans and Trojans to Greece, the colonization of the Israelite Phoenicians all across Europe, and the invasions and conquests of the Israelite Dorians. All of these ancient migrations, colonization, and conquests demonstrate that significant portions of the Israelites were indeed seafaring people and this led to the Israelites becoming the European people of today.

These seafaring Israelites discovered new lands, made new homes, and flourished as many new nations, and from those new nations, they set out again. Sailing the seas was in our blood and we continued that tradition to this very day. Our ships and armadas have dominated the oceans and until recently, we Israelite Europeans controlled all the sea harbors and ports across the world. Of course, now we are in the time of Jacob’s trouble, and instead of ruling, we are being ruled over by other people. But that’s a topic for another proof.

In a previous proof, we showed that Jacobs’ seed, that is, the Israelites, were destined to spread out across the whole world and fill the world with fruit. This fruit is Christianity. Logically speaking, this task of spreading Christianity would have to fall to seafaring people. Whilst this prophecy is not as explicit as some, it does strongly suggest that the Israelites would be a sea-faring people.

Now let’s examine several more specific prophecies. God promised Abraham that his seed would not only be greatly multiplied but would possess the gate of his enemies. “Gate” generally refers to the entrance to cities, but on a larger scale, it would include the gates of entire nations, that is, their ports and seaports. Only a seafaring people could possess the gates of enemies in this way.

“That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the seashore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies” Genesis 22:17 KJV.

Later on, we read in the Song of Deborah in Judges Chapter 5, that when the rest of the Israelites were making war against the Canaanites, the tribes of Dan and Asher were occupied with maritime activities. Deborah asked the rhetorical questions why did Dan remain in ships and why did Asher continue on the seashore and abide in his breaches, meaning harbors or ports when speaking of the coast.

This shows that Dan and Asher did not take part in the war, but rather were occupied with their ships and the business of the seas. The seashore of Asher became famous from that time on, but the Greeks called it Phoenicia. As a result of this name change, it’s often not recognized that the Phoenicians were in fact Israelites. According to the Septuagint, in Joshua Chapter 19, the tribe of Naphtali inhabited Tyre and the other cities of the Tyrians. These and other witnesses establish that the Phoenicians certainly were of Israel.

“…why did Dan remain in ships? Asher continued on the seashore, and abode in his breaches” Judges 5:17 KJV.

Furthermore, when Jacob blessed his twelve sons (these blessings were carried on to the descendants of the twelve tribes), some of the blessings clearly predicted that most of the tribes would be sea-faring people. For example, part of Dan’s blessing said that Dan would be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall forward.

That seems to indicate that Dan would engage in piracy. The tribe of Dan certainly did end up practicing piracy much later with Dan or Danes as the Vikings in their serpent ships plundered the high seas and nearby countries. We’ll get into Dan in more depth in a later Proof.

“Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward” Genesis 49:17 KJV.

Speaking of piracy, Jacob’s blessing for Benjamin in Genesis Chapter 49 read Benjamin shall be ravenous as a wolf; in the morning he shall devour his prey, and a night he shall divide the spoil. So evidently Benjamin was to engage in piracy, war, and plunder, activities which would often necessitate taking to the seas.

“Benjamin shall ravin [or ravenous] as a wolf: in the morning he shall devour the prey, and at night he shall divide the spoil” Genesis 49:27 KJV.

In the blessings of Moses in Deuteronomy Chapter 33 we read:

“And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, and full with the blessing of the LORD: possess thou the west and the south” Deuteronomy 33:23 KJV.

This could not have been fulfilled in Palestine, as Naphtali’s land among the tribes there was in the central north. But it is precisely what Naphtali did because the Tyrians later accomplished that, i.e. the City of Tyre. The great city Carthage was founded by the Tyrians

Then in the next verse, we read

“And of Asher he said, Let Asher be blessed with children; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oil.”

Perhaps that referred to extensive maritime trade in vegetable oils, and indicate that Asher would be rich in them. When Jacob blessed Asher in Genesis Chapter 49, he said:

“Out of Asher his bread shall be fat, and he shall yield royal dainties” Genesis 49:20 KJV.

Aside from Dan and Asher, where Jacob had blessed the sons of Leah, he said the following of Zebulun and Issachar:

“Zebulun shall dwell at the haven of the sea; and he shall be for an haven of ships; and his border shall be unto Zidon. Issachar is a strong ass couching down between two burdens: And he saw that rest was good, and the land that it was pleasant; and bowed his shoulder to bear, and became a servant unto tribute” Genesis 49:13-15 KJV.

So Zebulun would father a maritime race, but looking at the inheritance of Zebulon in Palestine, it is completely land-locked. Some dishonest Bible maps have the land of Zebulun bordering part of the Sea of Chinnereth, or Galilee, on the east, but that is not true. All the eastern shore of the sea of Galilee belonged to Naphtali, as the dividing of the land in Joshua Chapter 19 ascertains. The territory of Asher stood between Zebulun and the Mediterranean Sea.

Overall this shows the Israelites were indeed a maritime people even whilst in Palestine, and prophecies and evidence prove this. But also as we’ve noted, many of the prophecies could not have been fulfilled at that time and must have been fulfilled at a later time, somewhere else. We simply have to see who held maritime power to identify who were the Israelites.

Let’s have a look at history. For centuries up to Roman times, the Phoenician children of Israel controlled the shipping across the Mediterranean. Eventually, they settled throughout Western Europe in large numbers. During this period, Greek and Roman shipping could not venture by sea into the Western Mediterranean, as their sailors would be taken and enslaved and their ships and cargo would be seized. It was not until after the victory in the Punic Wars of the 3rd and 2nd centuries that the Mediterranean was opened to the Romans.

In more recent times, as we said earlier, the Vikings were raiding virtually all of Europe in ships. Later on the Portuguese, Spanish, French, and British had turns dominating the seas, and the British empire was built on that dominance. Today and since the Second World War, the American empire has been dominant on the seas. So we can see that the Europeans have always dominated the seas, at first more locally and eventually all the seas of the entire world.

Keeping the prophecies in mind, it’s vital to note that no non-European nation has ever dominated the seas. The Israelites, as Yahweh promised, dominated the seas and invented the technology to do so. Today, the Chinese are trying to build a navy, but they have to rely exclusively on Western technology. The Japanese had tried a hundred years ago, but that was also with Western technology. If it were not for Israelite European ingenuity, neither of those nations would have any such technology. The same with the rest of the non-Israelite world. When has an African or Indian ever built a single ship, even with the availability of white technology? The ancient Israelites had the wheel and ships, but Africans have never had a ship nor a wheel and had never conceived of leaving their own continent until they were sold off by their own chieftains as slaves.

But back to the prophecy that the Israelites would rule the seas and control every seaport. No other nation or race has ruled the seas and controlled all the seaports in the world. Why is that? Because these blessings were promised only to the Israelites. Because of this no other nation has been capable of these achievements. dominance of the seas is the blessing of Israel and Israel alone.

So although all European nations had ships and navies. We should note that some of the European nations were a lot more prominent with their navies on the seas, whilst others remained more on the land. Both ways of life were their prophetic destinies as the prophecies indicate. For example, the Septuagint translation of Issachar prophecies states that “having seen the resting place that it was good, and the land that it was fertile, he subjected his shoulder to labor, and became a husbandman.” This indicates that Issachar would father a race of farmers and herdsmen. it is that from these various prophecies, we see that each tribe has its own blessing and destiny, from Yahweh either life on the land or life on the seas. All which is exclusively and only fulfilled by the Europeans, who if we believe the prophecies and can see them fulfilled through history must the children of Israel.
